Jason Lamoreaux

President/Owner
Jason Lamoreaux is the Broker and President at Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Real Estate Solutions and the President of Touchstone Escrow, Inc. His enthusiasm for real estate began at age nineteen when he purchased his first investment property.

Since 1991, Jason and his wife, Chris, has been involved with several start-ups including a car rental company with locations across the west coast with annual operating revenues of $40,000,000.00, a portable storage company in British Colombia, Canada, and establishing CBC in 2008, Coldwell Banker Home Source in 2010 and most recently, Touchstone Escrow, Inc. in 2018.

Jason lives in Apple Valley, CA with his wife of 29 years and strongly believes in paying it forward with community involvement. Jason participates as a past president and current member of the Rotary Club of AV, VVC Foundation Board Member, San Bernardino County Tax Appeal Board Member, St. Mary Foundation Advisory Group, and served as a planning commissioner for the Town of Apple Valley from 2010 through 2019. With the community in mind, Jason and his wife started the annual Coldwell Banker Home Makeover giveaway and Coldwell Banker Pet Adoption drive.

Jason is a frequent public speaker at events across the High Desert providing insight to real estate trends and forecasting for the region, as well as publishing the High Desert MarketWatch.

Tiffany Vogel

Escrow Officer/Manager
Originally from Ohio, Tiffany has lived many places growing up as part of a Military family. Her father was an Officer in the Army and her husband was also in the Army.

Tiffany and her family moved to the High Desert in 1992 when her husband got out of the service. They have been married for 30 years and have one son who also served 10 years in the Navy.

Tiffany started her escrow career right here in the high desert as a receptionist and has worked her way up to where she is now. She has 25 years of experience in Escrow and has served as an Escrow Officer for 21 of those years. She is an invaluable source of information and works diligently to ensure clients have the best escrow experience possible.

She says she enjoys helping home buyers and home sellers, along with helping real estate agents and loan officers grow and become successful in their own field. Her clients have come to truly appreciate Tiffany’s ability to work through even the most complex title issues to get their transactions closed. Tiffany is also a Notary Public and a proud member of the California Escrow Association, High Desert Escrow Association and American Escrow Association.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her Husband and Family, they like to travel and go on cruises.

Norma Szakas

Escrow Officer/Manager
Norma has worked in Escrow since June of 1999 working her way up through the ranks, and always learning something new even to this day in escrow. She has lived in the High Desert since 1986. She graduated from Hesperia High School, Victorville Valley College with Associates of Arts and Associates of Science degrees, and UNLV with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has worked in Hesperia, Barstow, Victorville, and Apple Valley throughout her years in the High Desert. When she is not working, she spends time with her daughter and likes to travel, and camp, primarily road trips to the National Parks and to see Family.

Debbie Taylor

Escrow Officer
Debbie Taylor joined Touchstone Escrow Victorville in November of 2023, bringing with her 28 plus years of escrow knowledge and experience.  Processing residential, commercial, mobile homes, refinance and for sale by owner escrows to name a few.  

In 1990, Debbie moved to Hesperia with her husband Jeff and raised three daughters who blessed them with six grandchildren to date. Debbie enjoys physical activities and has participated in all three Spartan Races at least once, ran a marathon, and hiked the Grand Canyons Rim to Rim, which is 24 miles! Today its beach trips, glamping, and cruising around in her Polaris Razor with her friends and family.

Jeannine Kingston

Escrow Assistant
Jeannine Kingston is an Escrow assistant at Touchstone Escrow Inc. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1981 in the High Desert after graduating from Hesperia Christian High School. She has been involved with many groups in the real estate community. She enjoys her career in escrow. Her goal throughout the day is to make her escrow officer’s day a bit easier. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. As a family, they travel and jeep together. She is compassionate about her life, family and friends.

Rachel Gordon

Escrow Officer
Rachel Gordon, Escrow Officer with Touchstone Escrow. Born and raised in the high desert, She has been working in the escrow industry for 12 years, starting from Customer Service rep to an Escrow Officer of 4 years.

She graduated High School from Victor Valley Christian School and continued her education receiving a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Rachel also holds a Notary Public Commission.

Real Estate has always been a family business for her, since her Grandparents, her Mother, Father, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins are also all in the real estate industry to some capacity. You could say she was born for this.

Her motto to work by is “Everything is Figureoutable” and she will do her best to make sure all parties are taken care of and put them at ease throughout the escrow process giving them the confidence that they are in good hands.

She loves to have fun and keeps a positive attitude towards any situation.

In her free time, you can find her spending time with family and friends and going to the river in the summer.

Lucy Fajardo

Escrow Assistant
Lucy spent 25 years in Mortgage Lending and decided to make a career move and join the Touchstone Escrow Team. Her background in lending has proven very helpful in making that transition over to escrow. As an assistant she enjoys helping the clients with their questions and concerns, she believes communication is key and she strives to provide excellent customer service to the clients. Lucy is also bilingual and having someone on our team that speaks Spanish is very beneficial to our clients. Lucy is originally from Los Angeles and moved up to the high desert in 2015. She enjoys her family trips and loves going camping.

Kimberly Cook has been a proud member of the High Desert community since 1983 and began her career in escrow in 2015. Over the years, she has witnessed the incredible growth of the desert and is passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives. As a dedicated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant with 9 years of experience, Kimberly is committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient process. She prioritizes accuracy and brings a reassuring touch to what can often be a complex journey.

Outside of work, Kimberly cherishes spending time with family and friends, building meaningful connections.
